The Winston House Fort Lauderdale, FL
PSI performed both roofing and structural framing services on this project. We installed 14,500 SF of GAF Modified Roofing over tapered insulation. This job also included the installation of all new hurricane air conditioning stands along with all new electrical connections. PSI also rebuilt the entire mansard using structural metal framing. We then installed 5,500 SF of JM Metals Standing Seam Metal Roofing over the new mansard structure.
