PSI Roofing believes strongly in building a genuine connection with our community. Recently, it came to our attention that 4Kids His Caring Place needed help getting one of their larger ready for use. We were excited to get involved in helping get this building ready for remodeling.

The 4Kids Ministry, which is focused on helping young women get through crisis pregnancies, is a licensed maternity program with a focus on both physical assistance and spiritual guidance for young, often scared, pregnant women in the Miami area. So – PSI Roofing gathered volunteers and got to work getting a good roof on this building, so that 4Kids would be able to start helping even more of these young women.

Assessing the Damage

In south Florida, roofing can take a lot of damage from nature, and the building at 4Kids was no exception. It was a large building and the roof was in bad shape; we knew we had a lot of work to do! Fortunately, we have a lot of experience with repairing and re-roofing large buildings. In the past, we’ve worked with clients in a range of industries, and with very different needs. Our south Florida roofing projects have included churches, industrial warehouses, schools and shopping centers, along with many others. We were absolutely certain that we could whip this roof into shape, and give 4Kids the opportunity to offer a range of assistance to even more of those in need.

Shining Moments

The 4Kids project isn’t the first time we’ve gotten involved in our community, but it is definitely one of our most gratifying. We’re glad to be able to help this ministry in its mission to help young pregnant women get the assistance they need to complete their pregnancies and continue on with their lives. The spiritual and emotional guidance is as important as the educational opportunities and career help offered by 4Kids. 4Kids helps these young women with their personal goals, as well as helping them build a personal relationship with God. These opportunities can often mean the difference between success and failure of their future endeavors.
