Applewood II – Coconut Creek, FL
The administration of Applewood Condominiums located in Coconut Creek, FL contracted PSI Roofing to perform a full commercial roof replacement of their 30-year-old sloped and flat roofs. After months researching and designing affordable but still long warranted solutions; PSI was awarded the opportunity to install new Entegra Roof Tiles on sloped sections along with a GAF Built-Up Modified Roofing Solution for the flat roofs.
When replacing these roofs PSI was able to keep all the traffic access roads open for the homeowners and also kept parking lot disturbance to a minimum of only several parking spaces occupied by our heavy trucks and equipment. During the entire project, PSI was notifying individual buildings of our schedule through the informative newsletter which illustrates parking locations with drawings to facilitate access to resident and service companies at all times.
The board of directors of Applewood II commended PSI Roofing for an outstanding project and further our company was awarded other roofing projects on Applewood II and III.
