PSI Roofing got involved with this project when flat roof repair was required due to the elevated moisture content in the existing roof system. After further research and evaluation, the roof was found in need of a full replacement. This nineteen-story building located in Aventura, FL with waterfront golf courses surrounding the property provided a height and high winds challenge that PSI was able to overcome with the use of a large crane setup and proper safety arrest system for all rooftop personnel. PSI installed a 20 Year Warranty Carlisle Single Ply roof solution including a tapered insulation system to provide positive drainage and eliminate possible ponding water on the roof plus the installation of additional overflow drains to comply with current FL building code.
In such desired region of South Florida, demanding clients allowed PSI only a few weeks to complete the project. Through proper logistics coordination and effective communication with residents and staff, PSI informed clients through our Newsletters of all upcoming parking lot restrictions and Swimming pool area shut down for safety reasons. Once again, PSI completed the project within the required deadlines and budget, resulting in another satisfied client.
