PSI Roofing has served Public Storage for several years helping them keep their storage facilities watertight and dry. In this particular project, the client had severe problems with drainage as well as water intrusion through a 150 stud frame supporting the outer mansard façade. PSI installed a new Duro-Last Single Ply PVC roof system and upgraded the flat roof drainage system by installing new roof internal drains to include all the required plumbing lines and connections.
To solve the water intrusion at the stud framing entry point, PSI utilized skilled workmanship providing a full sleeve flashing solution to encapsulate the entire stud and eliminate any exposed areas. The craftsmanship presented in the details was highly praised by the Certified Roof Consultant hired by the owner to supervise and guarantee a high-quality project.
PSI provides yearly inspections to keep the roof, drains and gutters clean in order to extend the life of the roof and comply with the corporate requirements for preventive maintenance.
